After several years of making beeswax wraps, we listened to our customers and started sewing as well as waxing! These bags were a real revolution in our kitchen for storing shop-bought or home-baked bread. The freshness and softness of the bread is perfectly preserved in the bag.

Each bag is 33 x 32 cm (w x h). It was sewn and made in our small workshop close to the beehives we keep and maintain.

We use our own beeswax and wax from other local beekeepers in Šakiai to make our bags. We also use pine resin and OEKO-TEX® certified cotton in our production.

Instructions:

  • Wrap and seal the top of the bag with the warmth of your hands;
  • Do not put raw fish or meat and meat products in the bag. An unpleasant odor may develop;
  • Do not put the bag in the microwave;
  • Do not cut food on the beeswax bag;
  • Keep in a kitchen drawer away from heat and hot surfaces.

Care

To clean the bag, we recommend shaking the bread crumbs out of the bag and wiping it with a damp sponge. Then, dry the bag at room temperature. With regular use and proper care, a beeswax bag will last for a whole year. However, avoid washing the bag under hot water or leaving it in direct sunlight, as beeswax melts quickly.
