Measures to prevent an infection with COVID-19

During all stages of the production process, we maintain the highest standards of hygiene. Moreover, only persons in full health without any symptoms of infection are allowed to take part in the production. However, to ensure your safety, we recommend disinfecting the packaging of the delivery and washing your hands thoroughly. 

To avoid direct contact, we recommend using parcel terminals for delivery, as they are operating 24/7 and are regularly disinfected. For shipping to countries other than Lithuania, delays in shipments are possible.

User Registration and Payment

If you wish to save your user information and access your order history, you can opt to register on our website. However, the order can be made without registration. You will need to fill out all the information necessary for delivery.

The shipping cost can alter depending on which country your order is being delivered to. We deliver to countries within the EU and to selected countries in close vicinity. If you live outside of the EU and your country is rejected during the ordering process, please get in touch at [email protected].

All the payments are done via the PayseraStripe, or Paypal website. The payment options may depend on your location. 

You will receive an electronic order confirmation and once we receive the receipt of your payment the order will be processed.

Shipping and Delivery 

As soon as we receive a receipt of your transaction we will process the order. We will deliver your purchased items in the shortest time possible. Delivery time also depends on the courier and we cannot be held responsible for the delays due to the courier’s work.

Delivery Methods

We use parcel terminals to deliver the goods to Lithuania. With parcel terminal delivery, please provide a phone number registered in Lithuania and always check it carefully, as PINs for the parcel terminal are sent by SMS message to your phone. If the phone number provided is incorrect, you will not be able to collect the parcel from the terminal.

We may also offer courier services to deliver the goods to the address that you provide. Make sure that the delivery information provided is accurate, including your phone number and postal/zip code. Please provide a phone number registered in the same country you are shipping to. In case of errors in your shipping information, we cannot be held responsible for delayed or failed delivery. 

We may offer free shipping with a certain purchase amount. This may differ by country. Free delivery conditions may change at any time without prior notice.

Delivery Times

Packing and handling:
  • 1–3 working days after the payment is received
  • Lithuania: 1–3 working days after the order is shipped
  • Europe: 3–8 working days after the order is shipped

Please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines only, not taking into account eventual delays.

Returns and Exchanges

You have the right to return your purchased goods without giving a reason within 14 days. Do not forget to enclose a letter which states your contact details and the order number. Please note that we require the goods to be in undamaged and unused condition. For beeswax wraps, this means they should not have been unfolded yet. We kindly request that you respect this policy for hygienic reasons, as our products are intended for the storage of food items.

The customer bears the delivery cost of returned products. We will return the money within a reasonably short time, but not later than within 7 working days.

Please note that returns cannot be accepted for goods that have been individually made to your personal needs upon request.
