planBee, IV (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the www.planbee.lt website (the “Service”).

If you choose to register on our site, your information such as user name, first and last name, phone number, e-mail address, billing and shipping addresses, purchase history is saved and can be accessed when you log in. If you choose to make a purchase without registration, your information such as first and last name, phone number, e-mail address and shipping address is used to process and ship your order. Your order information is kept for 5 years.
In order to fulfill our commitment of delivering products purchased on our website, we transfer the following information to our logistics partners: your name, phone number, e-mail address, shipping address, and any information that you share in the „comment“ section of the order.

Paysera: We do not collect any of your payment information when making a purchase on our website. In order to complete your payment you may be redirected to the platform of Paysera. You can read about their privacy policy here: www.paysera.lt.

Stripe: If you choose payment by credit card or by SEPA direct debit, we use Stripe, a third-party payment processor, for processing your payment. In this case, Stripe will collect, use and process your information, including payment information, in accordance with their privacy policies. You can access their privacy policy via the following link: https://stripe.com/gb/privacy. Stripe’s services in Europe are provided by a Stripe affiliate—Stripe Payments Europe Limited (“Stripe Payments Europe”)—an entity located in Ireland. In providing Stripe Services, Stripe Payments Europe transfers personal data to Stripe, Inc. in the US.

Paypal: If you choose to pay by PayPal, orders submitted on our website are directed to PayPal for processing. As in the other cases, we have no access to your credit card data. According to PayPal’s Privacy Policy at the time of posting this page, when you visit the PayPal website or use PayPal Services, PayPal may collect data on the pages you access, your computer IP address, device identifiers, the type of operating system you’re using, your location, mobile network information, standard web log data and other information. It may also collect information about your transactions and your activities, including contact, financial and personal information. PayPal does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We may also collect information on how the Service is accessed and used (“Usage Data”).   • Microsoft Clarity. We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising. All the data collected is entirely anonymous and does not personally identify you as an individual. We use this information to optimize our website, enhance its usability, and make informed decisions about design and content improvements.
  • Google Analytics Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.   • Facebook Conversion Tracking Pixel
    With your permission, our website utilizes the Conversion Tracking Pixel service of Facebook, Inc. This tool allows us to follow the actions of users after they are redirected to a provider‘s website by clicking on a Facebook advertisement and to deliver advertisements to website visitors on Facebook.

Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18.
