\n<\/strong><\/h3>\nTo clean, we recommend hand-washing your wraps with cold water<\/strong>, a soft cloth, and (if needed) mild dish soap. Then, air dry the wraps. With regular use and proper care, beeswax wraps can be used for an entire year. However, avoid exposing the wraps to heat or hot water, as beeswax has a low melting temperature.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n
Reuse it
\n<\/strong><\/h3>\nWe strive to be as environmentally friendly as possible. When the wrap begins to lose its stickiness, you can renew it with our beeswax refresher bar<\/strong>, or cut it into strips and compost it, or use it as a fire starter.<\/p>\n![\"\"](\"https:\/\/planbee.lt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/image-6-300x225.jpg\")

\n- Renewing in the oven<\/b> – preheat the oven to 140\u00b0C. Lay your old beeswax wrap on a piece of baking paper and grate a piece of beeswax refresher bar with a regular kitchen grater. Then, spread the grated wax on top of the wrap and put it in the oven for about 3-5 minutes until the pieces of wax are melted. Take it by the corners and let it dry for about 30 seconds. P.S. You can clean your grater with hot\/boiling water and a piece of old fabric or paper towel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

\n- Renewing with a flat iron<\/b> – just like we started experimenting with our first beeswax wraps! Grate a beeswax refresher bar with a regular kitchen grater. Lay your old beeswax wrap on a piece of baking paper, spread the grated wax on top of your wrap and add another sheet of baking paper on top of the wrap. Layer it like a sandwich :). Heat your iron to the maximum and iron the wrap from the top, letting the wax melt and spread all over the wrap. Take off the upper baking paper, take the wrap by the corners and let it dry for about 30 seconds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
